Robert Bridges, Hymns, Daniel Press, 1899

Hymns from the Yattendon Hymnal, by Robert Bridges, with notice of the tunes for which they are written.  No. 104/150 copies. This first edition of the Hymns compiles a selection of 43 hymns taken from Bridges’ influential Yattendon Hymnal, printed in the same year by the Oxford University Press. Daniel printed this edition on wonderful hand-made Van Gelder Paper, using Black Letter type.
 
Octavo. Rebound in modern stiff quarter vellum with marbled paper, original paper wrappers bound within. Near Fine in this state, though with occasional spotting, and some repairs to lower corners of final leaves.
